VDM Plus

VDM Plus is a bilingual diary based program to accomadate all the administrative tasks of the minister. VDM Plus is very user-friendly and also includes a Windows helpfile. VDM Plus work well with Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP.  The program caters for the following aspects of the ministry:
1.  Group Ministry
2.  Individual ministry
3.  Todolist
4.  Library System
5.  Logbook System
6.  Index Cards
7.  Inventory
8.  Correspondence Register
Main menu
The main menu is displayed as a calendar with all the appointments of the day on the screen. New Appointments, Events and Interviews can be added. Entries can also easily been edited and  deleted. The names of members to link the interview to is available from the members database of VDM Plus and these members can be added by the user or can be imported from MAC Plus.		 mainmenu1.jpg (61304 bytes)
Appointments These are entries that can't be classified as Individual or as Group ministry. Appointments are general appointments for each day. Appointments can also be a Allday events such as birthday's, anniversaries etc.  
Events (Group ministry) Events such as sermons, biblestudies, prayer meetings etc. can be entered with different types of information regarding the event. (See also the information regarding the OLE Link as well as recurring events.)
Interviews (Individual ministry) Interviews such as visits at home, in the hospital, etc.  can be entered with different types of information regarding the interview. The information of the member can also be imported from MAC Plus or can be added into VDM plus self. (See also the information regarding the OLE Link as well as recurring events.)
Recuring Events:
Appointments, Events and Interviews can also be a recurring appointment, event or interview.

OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) Link Any linkable document can optionally linked to any appointment, event or interview. This document is then editable via VDM Plus in its own application like Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Other Registers VDM Plus also includes other registers like a correspondence register, index cards, logbook system, todolist system, library system and an inventory system. Also include features like dialing members via the use of a modem and shortcuts to other programs.
